Pasture Magazine – Wilding Cider

In my spare time, I’m an Editor at Pasture Magazine; a labour of love put together by a small food-obsessed group of us in between our ‘proper’ jobs.

This is a visit to Wilding Cider – a West Country premier cru from the founders of Bristol’s cult restaurant Birch. Bowing out at the top of their game, Sam Leach and Beccy Massey have decided to swap to a far more long term project: redefining what cider can be.
